The Office Manager/Controller is responsible for Managing all finance, accounting, and office operations. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements. They will also be working with the following institutions, legal, accounting, employee benefit packages.
This position is obligated to follow the ISO 9001:2015 standard to ensure compliance within their scope of work.
Job Duties
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, P/R, G/L, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Manages month end activity
- Manages employee benefit packages with assistance of office staff
- Pulls job numbers and opens job into Sage 100
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings; develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
- Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; provide information to external auditors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
