Job description

Looking for an highly motivated, optimistic, hard working, organized, health-minded individual to step into the Office Manager role of a busy chiropractic office in a growing natural healthcare organization.

AlignLife is a growing network of doctor owned natural healthcare and chiropractic franchises. Our clinic, located in Fishers, IN is seeking a bright, detail oriented, and highly motivated individual to fill the Office Manager position.

AlignLife specializes in giving patients the tools and education to reach their health goals and live a life of vitality using natural solutions. The Office Manager is a high level operator who executes the Chiropractic Operating System.

In maintaining the primary responsibility as the Office Manager you must undertake

responsibilities including the following:

● Conduct Quarterly Board meetings to establish clinic quarterly goals and develop the Quarterly Strategic plan.

● Sets monthly KPI goals for all staff, holds the team accountable to the quarterly strategic plan to meet those goals, provides weekly accountability to the KPI’s and assists staff to ensure goals are met.

● Ensures franchise process is consistently followed by completing periodic audits to identify training opportunities.

● Ensures adequate knowledge and application of operational franchise processes by using the results of audits and suggestions of providers and staff to identify training needs. Coordinates training on a weekly basis.

● Fulfill human resources role including assisting in hiring and evaluating staff; maintaining company office policies, procedures and employee manuals; confirming compliance with employment laws.

● Manage/supervise the team. Ensure staff members have the tools, training, support, and structure necessary to successfully serve patients and fulfill their job details.

● Responsible for office bookkeeping, monitoring vacation schedules; overseeing bonus programs; and accounts payable; sales tax.

● Drive clinic net profit by managing clinic budgets, overseeing insurance and patient billing processes.

● Supports practice growth by overseeing the execution of the quarterly marketing plan.

● Handle all elevated patient complaints or billing concerns.

● Ensures all aspects of the facility are in working condition by coordinating with vendors and the landlord for equipment and building upkeep and working with owners to budget for necessary updates.

● Review and analyze reports; summarize information; identify trends to report to the CEO a summary on each department (HR, training, marketing, billing) on a bi-weekly basis.

Job Criteria

Position Type: Full-Time Days

Experience: 2 years experience in management, chiropractic/healthcare office is a plus

Education Required: High School Graduate
