Pharmacist

```Duties```

- Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize pharmacy workflow and efficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy management
- Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Monitor medication inventory levels and order medications as needed
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medications
- Perform quality assurance activities, including medication error reporting and prevention

```Requirements```

- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Current pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Proven experience as a pharmacist in a clinical or retail setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in utilizing pharmacy software systems for medication dispensing and record keeping
