Form of work- Full responsibility for the profit/loss of the office, including all service lines
- Department Managers within the office will report directly to the Office Manager
- Personnel recruitment
- Management and training of employees
- Financial management, marketing and business development
- Managerial and administrative duties required for developing and growing an office
- You will be expected to be a self-starter with strong marketing and business development skills, have a ‘roll up your sleeves' mentality to get things done, and be a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work
- You will be tasked with getting the firm's name out in the marketplace
What We're Looking For
BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required; MS degree preferred
10 – 15 years of consulting experience related to building envelopes, engineering design or inspection
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience in consulting and/or with a consulting firm is required
