Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle budgeting and financial management tasks, including payroll processing
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with calendar management staff
Skills:
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively
- Handle all A/R & A/P-Assist with estimates
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and software{Quickbooks}
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments and meetings
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively manage front desk operations
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
