Our growing ambulatory equine practice is looking for the perfect “office unicorn” to join our team! We are seeking a motivated individual who can work independently manning our office as well as maintain an exceptional level of client communication and team support.

- Tech savvy, comfortable with iOS/Apple computers
- Has basic knowledge of horses, some veterinary experience/knowledge preferred
- Capable of lifting and maneuvering 50 pounds
- Preference given to NH residents

More details about position responsibilities:
- Client communication by phone and email
- Managing the practice schedule and following up with clients to meet scheduling needs
- Managing accounts receivable and completing daily billing responsibilities
- Maintaining an open line of communication with veterinarians in the field and offering continual team support
- Inventory management
- Website and social media management
- Light office housekeeping responsibilities (laundry, trash/recycling, vacuuming when needed)
