We are seeking an Entry Level Project Manager/Office Assistant to join our small but busy marketing agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As a Project Manager/Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our virtual office. This is an entry-level part-time position with room for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily projects and ensure deadlines are met through our Project Management software
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Provide support to office management in various administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with general office tasks such as document management and organization, meeting scheduling, and other marketing duties
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent file management skills to ensure documents are stored accurately and securely
- Project coordination abilities to assist with managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
