Admiralty Chimney is a well-established chimney service company located in Merrimack, NH. We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to manage and support our operations alongside our Business Manager and Owner. We are looking for a personable, mature, reliable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role is heavily scheduling focused with attention prioritized to phone and email communications. Duties also include typical clerical tasks.
Knowledge of Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks is a must. Excellent customer service, problem solving skills and attention to detail is required for this multifaceted position.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 1pm – 5pm.
