Looking for a dynamic and self-driven person to join our team. Key responsibilities consist of:
Office Management: Organize files and office space, maintain laundry facility and office area, catalog receipts, review bills and ensure timely payment, and assist in new project management. Respond to various incoming inquiries timely and accurately. Applicant must have a solid working knowledge of MS Excel.
Resident Management: Organize and manage move-ins and move-outs, schedule and perform inventory walk-throughs, prepare new residents for move-in, monitor rent payments and service requests, post notices and invoices, renew leases.
Leasing: Answer calls and emails, schedule and perform home tours, assist potential residents with the application process, review applications, create leases, process deposit payments.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Work independently with a positive and can-do attitude
- High integrity
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft product suite especially with a solid working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in managing office expenses
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
