- Pay rate $50,000-$60,000 per year based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and schedule jobs for customers
- Support general manager in daily meetings and other duties as assigned
- Daily cash deposits and allocate payments to customer jobs
- Manage all google leads
- Handle all commercial billing
- Handle all incoming mail and disburse accordingly.
- Have well rounded knowledge of company polices, culture and schedules.
- Handle maintenance scheduling and registrations for company vehicles
- Ensure all equipment and log ins are set up for new hires on their first day.
- Register equipment for all manufacture warranties. Including rebate submissions
- Assist managers in all company meetings and training courses.
- Be available for all customer walk in inquiries
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of office experience (preferably in the HVAC field)
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have the ability to speak to customers and employees of the organization.
- Detail oriented and motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
