The Expertise We’re Looking For:

  • Prior Office Management/Administrative Experience (Required)
  • Prior Experience in Personnel Management (Required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
  • College Degree (Preferred)
  • Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)

Key Traits of a Successful Office Manager:

  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Able to effectively manage and delegate tasks
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Oversee all operations and personnel within the administrative functions of organization
  • Be the subject matter expert in all administrative systems
  • Handle day-to-day client transactions and problem resolution, escalate issues as needed
  • Create and manage the training plan for all employees
  • Develop, report and manage all administrative productivity metrics
  • Assist in completing new account paperwork and annuity and life insurance applications
  • Follow-up with insurance companies and other third-parties for case updates
  • Process new business applications with detail and accuracy and submit to appropriate carriers
  • Obtain necessary documents and signatures from clients for carrier approval
  • Track application process
  • Complete all new licensing requirements
  • Enter pertinent data in CRM and other technology platforms
  • Prepare needed information, reports and materials for consumer appointments
  • Provide day-to-day management of company including directing employees under your supervision
  • Recruit prospective employees
  • Partner with CEO to discipline and discharge employees
  • Effectively manage time and attendance system for all assigned employees
  • All other duties as assigned

Pay: $65,000-75,000
