Office Assistant/Titling Clerk

Byrider, an Automobile Dealership with In-House Financing, has an opening in the finance department for an Office Assistant/Titling Clerk for approximately 40 hours per week. The right candidate must be accurate with filing, title processing, and various other office duties.

Duties:

• Maintain titles for inventory
• Maintain all files for sales/finance
• Assemble and review funding packages per lender requirements.
• File automotive titles daily
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV, ensuring accuracy of name, address, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Maintain cash drawer and daily deposit
• Input customer information
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

Ability to work well with co-workers and customers in a friendly professional manner.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Detailed and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
