IN office Monday thru Friday
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars

-Answering phones
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents

- Proficient in order entry systems and data management
- Ability to provide customer support and handle professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office clerk is a plus
This position requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support, customer service, and order entry. 90 day probationary period.
