JOB SUMMARY: Primarily accountable for the performance of clerical functions to support smooth administrative operations of the organization.
Works cooperatively with other members of the interdisciplinary health care team and performs clerical work for the office and other members of the team as directed by management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Must have organizational skills sufficient to plan and carry out activities once assignments have been made.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient, business, and employee information.
3. Performs typing, filing, copying, mailing, phone reception, or other clerical functions, and runs errands as directed.
4. Required to obtain and follow authorizations.
5. May unpack supplies and stock inventory, if assigned.
6. Demonstrate a willingness to perform all requested job related tasks.
7. The employee is required to comply with all PCI standards and other company policies and procedures for payment card acceptance and security.
8. All other duties as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Equipment/Technology: Must possess basic typing and computer skills. Must possess a valid Idaho driver’s license, meet minimum Idaho State automobile insurance requirements, and have the use of an automobile for transportation and use in performing assigned duties.
Language/Communication: Ability to speak effectively and politely, before groups of customers and or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills
Interpersonal: Must be capable of taking direction from a variety of people, since this individual performs diverse functions as needed throughout the organization. Must possess pleasant phone demeanor and customer service attitude.
Performance: Ability to respond to fluctuations in work load. Must possess visual acuity and manual dexterity sufficient for performance of typing and filing duties.
