Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and visitors. Determine their needs and direct them accordingly.
- Checking patients in/out of appointments.
- Receive, Answer, and Respond to telephone calls.
- Schedule patient appointments in EMR system.
- Maintain patient demographic information by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Collecting patient copays and balances.
- Contribute to our medical team effort by engaging in communication, organization, and follow through.
- Optimizing patient satisfaction - performing a superior level of customer service.
- Maintain patient lobby and surrounding areas.
- Maintain providers schedules
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills
- High School or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience: 2 years (required)
- Medical Office Experience (highly preferred)
- EMR/eClinicalWorks Experience (highly preferred)
- Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent telephone/communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize (highly preferred).
- Detail-oriented
- Professionalism

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
