We are seeking an Insurance Agent Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for servicing insurance policies for new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone call and emails
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Working as a team to help fulfill client needs and expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance & customer service (not required, but is welcome!)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem solving skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
