SalaryOur 43 year old fire sprinkler company is currently looking for a full time receptionist. Qualified individuals must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug screen.
Responsibilities include:
*Friendly/positive disposition to answer our phones and greet customers
*Able to handle a multi-line phone system
*Capable of gathering details for proper call routing and message taking
*MS Office familiarity (especially Word and Excel)
*Typing and filing skills are a must
*The ability to learn trade lingo
*Problem solving
The right person's job duties focus on answering phones, but assisting other departments with other clerical duties will keep that person busy.
Business hours are 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break at noon. This is a full time position where 40 hours per week is expected.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
