Position Title: Sr. Executive Assistant, EVP, Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer, the Sr. Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the executive team in all aspects of their day-to-day operations. This high-impact position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a track record of successfully juggling multiple priorities, and possess a strong sense of urgency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the EVP, CFO and other members of the executive team.

- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements.

- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and briefings for meetings and conferences.

- Coordinate and support all aspects of executive-level meetings, including logistics, agenda creation, and material preparation.

- Act as a liaison and maintain communication between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.

- Complete various administrative tasks, including expense reports, time tracking, and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

- Maintain and update confidential records and sensitive information.

- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, and organizing files.

- Mentor and oversee the work of other administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.

- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively support the executive team.
