Office Assistant/Receptionist

Trosvig Dental Lab is located in Everett, Washington and has been serving clients for over 25 years. Our company strives to support our clients and their patients to the best of our ability. We are looking for a team player with a good work ethic to join our team!

Basic tasks include:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Delivering products to clients
• Checking in new cases
• Scheduling cases
• Other office work related to a dental lab

What we are looking for:

• Driver's License (A clean driving record of at least 2 years.)
• The ability to work without much direction after a training period - be a self-starter.
• Someone with flexible availability.
• A good attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Excellent telecommunication skills.
• Someone with problem-solving skills.
• Someone who is willing and eager to learn about the dental field.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
