Responsibilities & Expectations:
-Read & respond to client’s email. While most replies to customers are prewritten, you may need to adapt communications for specific situations. Grammatical/spelling errors and poorly written emails are not acceptable.
-Answer phones. You must be able to communicate clearly with a variety of people in a professional manner.
-Double checking orders before processing.
-Data entry of 15-25 client orders per day.
-Fulfilling client orders via email.
-Daily processing of payments.
-Learn, understand and be able to explain to customers the procedures for becoming a notary.
-Learn, understand and be able to explain what a notary does.
-Variety of clerical duties.

-All other duties as assigned
Bonus skills:
-Bonding & Insurance knowledge or licensed agent
-Licensed notary
-Knowledge of typesetting and converting files between word/excel/pdf
-Filing of state and federal taxes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
