Office Assistant/Receptionist
Bodymotion is seeking a self-motivated, trustworthy, competent and reliable individual to join our office staff. This individual must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. They must be detail oriented and possess strong organization, evaluation, problem solving, and customer relation skills.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and receive customers
- Answer phones, providing information to callers, and the taking of messages in a clear and precise manner
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing customer payments
- Managing calendars and schedules for all departments
- Work cooperatively and communicate with all departments
- Assist all departments in administrative needs
- Ordering of office supplies
- Coordinating of special events, promotions and advertising
Requirements:
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Publisher
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Previous Customer Service or Automotive experience a plus
- Great Organizational skills
- Knowledge of computers and ability to adapt to multiple software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Auto Repair Boss, and CCC
- Working knowledge and ability to update and respond to all social media sites
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Automotive experience a plus
- Office Administration experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
