SalaryFront Office Assistant needed for our Integrated Medical practice in Dacula, GA. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders as they relate to musculo-skeletal issues. The ideal candidate possesses an extraordinary administrative and organization skills. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNTIL 7 PM AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Obtain and process new patient paperwork (EMR)
- Maintain patient info in the EMR & spreadsheets
- Schedule patients (EMR)
- Retrieve patients from reception
- Perform general administrative office duties
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS include:
- Outstanding customer service.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable, with a professional attitude.
- Genuine interest in health and wellness.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS include:
- At least 2 years' experience in medical practice.
- Proficient with electronic medical records software and MS Office is required.
