About the role
Accelerant is a fast growing and leading edge equipment manufacturing startup. Our innovative IIoT automation equipment is the foundation on which our revolutionary Production as a Service platform is built on to support one of the fastest growing industries in the United States.
We are searching for a full-time Customer Success Associate to build and commission our flagship product, the PRO - robotic rolling machine. Our success depends on our innovative automation equipment and world class customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Triage technical support messages and assign to the responsible party
- Generate and manage customer support tickets
- Follow up on and close out aging support tickets
- Schedule and coordinate Customer Success calls
- Report customer status on weekly success meetings
- Generate and submit vendor purchase orders
- Receive and inventory inbound shipments
- Process and prepare outbound shipments
Requirements:
- Evidence of exceptional problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with, and lead others within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced customer service skills
- Professional phone skills
- Energetic personality
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Travel as needed: flexibility up to 10%

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
