Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
Qualifications:
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
