Job Description
This is a temp to hire administrative assistant position. The pay is $20hr-$24hr dependong on experience. This role is located in Downtown and 100% onsite. Candidates MUST clear a background and drug screening. Primary contact and managing of office vendors. Coordinates office needs/requests with our vendors. Such as cleaning staff, plumbers, AC technicians, postage machine customer service, etc
- Purchases and organizes office and kitchen supplies, and maintains proper stock levels
- Manages and reconciles Infinium corporate credit card on a monthly basis
- Manages all inbound and outbound shipments and mail, including packaging and tracking
- Supports with office events, catering requests, conference room management, and other vendor requests as needed; also sets up breakroom and open space for collaborative gatherings
- Assists with overflow, filing, special ad-hoc projects, and day-to-day tasks on an as-needed basis
- Assists President with anniversary dates for team member recognition
