HB Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer telephones and transfer to the appropriate department/employee
- Operate technology systems and handle data entry duties
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized workspace
- Write and respond to routine correspondence (email+)
- Receive, store, organize, or deliver luggage, mail, or other goods
- Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
Position Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to prioritize projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effectively work on a team and independently
