Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
We do some light commercial TI work. The Office is very quite and you will not get much walk in traffic. You will be taking calls, Doing Work Order Authorizations, schduling Service repairs and Inspections, some light Quickbooks Entry work. This is a 7:30 am to 12:30-1:00 PM position.
