Hybrid - Parsippany NJ
Must be onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) & Mondays & Fridays are remote
You'll handle financial tasks like managing invoices, expense reports and P-card expenses, while also managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and onboarding new hires. Confidentiality and organization are key, as you'll maintain files, records, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Expect to handle general administrative tasks, document creation, and some event planning as well.

Salary: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
