Job description

Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and assist with data entry
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to the office team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Please note that this is not a remote position!! The Office Assistant will be required to work on-site at our office location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
