Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress - Transcribe notes, memos, and other documents accurately and in a timely manner - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and documents Experience: - Previous experience working in an office environment preferred - Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and email - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles - Experience as a medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting.
