Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases as required
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights and accommodations
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or medical receptionist is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office productivity software
- Strong administrative skills, including typing, filing, and organizing documents
