Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual Office Assistant (Spanish and English)to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Record inbound calls submitted by our call center into the office system.
- Research, coordinate, and respond to client calls promptly.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish & English
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
