Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time in office position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical tasks
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with project coordination by organizing materials, tracking progress, and maintaining project files
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
-Onboarding new hires
-Maintenance issues
-Unloading packages/mail
-Solving minor IT related issues
-Ordering and organizing company lunches
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic computerized tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role or office environment preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
