```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory records
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management team
- Coordinate meetings, appointments
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering and equipment maintenance
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers as required
-Schedules clients' appointments and coordinates activities of field technicians.
-Collects payments and invoices and processes through to Accounting Manager
- Assists marketing team in developing and maintaining website
- Have Social Media knowledge and skills for implementation, facilitation and coordination a STRONG plus
```Requirements```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Experience with file management, both physical and electronic
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and software applications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
