Manager Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with mailroom and conference room set-up experience. Strong mailroom, reception and shipping & receiving experience.Seeking candidates with customer facing, corporate mailroom and conference set up. At least 5 years or more Copy and laminating experience, strong verbal and written communication is a plus, opportunity to become permanent. there is a lot of walking, standing and lifting.
- The candidate will be responsible for checking conference rooms, supply rooms, and replenishing supplies daily.
- Assist the FAST team with conference room set-ups. Check in FedEx, UPS and Amazon packages.
- Deliver packages to the SMART lockers. Process outgoing FedEx shipments.
- Light printing request.
- Provide reception support when needed
- The contractor will be responsible to receiving and delivering incoming packages, responsible in assisting with conference room set-ups provide back-up support for the receptionist, replenishing the supply rooms, keep scrum rooms clean and organized, additional admin duties when needed (copy, laminating, etc.)
There extensive lifting, standing & walking, on occasions we do receive shipments over 50 lbs. but we have team members who assist with the lifting.
