Left Lane Auto is currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office processes and assisting with administrative and human resource activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and hiring
- Complete data entry for company processes and procedures
- Support HR functions by assisting in the recruitment process, organizing employee records.
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or human Resources Assistant
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- High proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
