Job description
We are currently looking for a motivated and outgoing Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees and contractors, ensuring they have all the information and resources needed to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, entering data into CRM system, and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
· Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
· Entering required customer information into CRM
· Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
· Confirming daily appointments, notify customers of any changes if needed
· Maintain an organized filing system
· Provide support to office staff and contractors as needed
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
· Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar position
· Self-motivated and detail oriented
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
