Office Administrator

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and faxing
• Assist in preparation and distribution of internal and external communications
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Manage and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers and scanners
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
• 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
