Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and faxing
- Assist in preparation and distribution of internal and external communications
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Manage and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers and scanners
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
