Prior experience as an Office Admin supporting senior level executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Make travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the leadership team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
