Smart Digital Tech is a Commercial and Residential Low Voltage Contractor located in Hatfield, Bucks County PA.
We're interested in hiring a part-time administrative assistant that can help support our staff and customers with friendly and efficient support services. Our ideal candidate has solid communication and computer skills, the ability to organize and prioritize work, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate would be able to work from our Hatfield office location Monday - Friday 8:30 am- 12:30 pm. There will be opportunities to work remotely and add additional work hours after a 30 - 60-day training period.
Responsibilities:
· Provide clients with a great first impression on phone calls and onsite.
· Answer and direct calls, emails.
· Work with our scheduling software Simpro to schedule service work and projects.
· Assist in providing customers and vendors needed documentation requested for purchases.
· Assist and work with vendors and sales staff on hardware and equipment procurement.
· Gain knowledge of all aspects of business operations.
· Prepare documents for delivery, retrieval, or filing as required.
· Always follow safety and security procedures.
· Accurately type documents on computer keyboard.
· Gain knowledge about products or services provided by the company.
· Opportunity to earn commission on sales.
