The Office Administrator is directly responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Duties
Receive calls, take messages, and route correspondence as necessary.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Monitor office supplies, research advantageous deals or suppliers, and place replenishment orders.
Perform general clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
Create, modify, and grammatically review/edit documents within the MS Office Suite tools.
Prepare meeting materials and assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Typically 8am to 5pm but can maintain an adaptable work schedule to meet the demands of management – flexibility is required.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Associate or Bachelor Degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: minimum 1+ years in an administrative position
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and standard office equipment.
High level verbal and written communication skills; able to display discretion and confidentiality.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Basic Human Resource or Legal knowledge is a plus.
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
