Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to add to our team and help support company goals and objectives.
Duties may include:
- Submit and track documents to maintain required licenses
- Maintain company vehicle fleet records and produce gas expense reports
- Manage/order office supplies
- Order company cell phones and manage account
- Coordinate office building maintenance
- Collect and distribute mail
- Willingness to wear many hats to get the job done! Other job duties will be assigned as needed.
Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
3-4 administrative experience preferred, deadline-oriented, time management skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and PC and Excel proficiency. Construction/service contractor experience preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
