Office Administrator
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time to full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and vendors
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist with training development and scheduling of employee training sessions
- Provide support to the office staff as needed
- Oversee and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Experience in human resources is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with schedule management is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Supervisory experience is a plus
