Office Administrator
Lennon’s W.B. Wilcox Jewelers is a family owned and operated jewelry store in New Hartford, NY that offers a wide range of jewelry, specializing in engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond fashion jewelry, and custom repairs. Lennon’s is searching for an Office Administrator to provide daily staff/management support, assist with managing purchase orders and shipping and receiving. Qualifications

Responsibilities
· Daily sales reconciliation
· Daily bank deposits
· Provide reports monthly/as needed
· Track office supplies, process monthly/quarterly/as needed orders
· Thorough knowledge of office policies and procedures
· Process and review sales orders on a daily basis
· Manage all shipping and receiving
· Enter, track, manage inventory

Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma preferred, GED, or equivalent
· Computer literacy to include a working knowledge of stand business applications (MS Office) in a Windows environment.
· Office manager: 2 years (preferred)
· Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
