Listed below are responsibilities that the ideal candidate will be doing on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Answering all company calls and recording calls into the daily call log.
- Answer / delegate company emails and ensure projects are moving to the next steps.
- Schedule Jobs in the CRM software (Jobber), collect customer information and record in Jobber. Confirm availability with customers after scheduling.
- Use Jobber to track new jobs, project status, and advance projects to the next step and delegate duties to ensure the company is on point to a profitable finish.
- Ensure the company meets profitability goals while providing an exceptional experience to all clients, exceeding their expectations.
- Create, maintain, and report financial aspects (Invoices / Progress payments) of projects including subcontractors, materials, forecasts, and billings.
- Use Jobber Reports on a monthly basis to breakdown expenses and revenue between residential work, commercial work, and material cost.
- Communicate with the other departments of CLOS to ensure customers are moving through the sales process and Jobs are being invoiced accurately and in a timely manner. Provide clear direction to team members to ensure Jobs are completed.
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
