WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
This full- or part-time remote administrative job earns a competitive wage of $20 to $25 per hour.

The typical schedule for our Office Administrator is very flexible. We are looking for someone to work either full- or part-time as long as they are available for calls during office hours.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our Office Administrator, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. From scheduling appointments to making service, payment, sales, and tech support calls, you're the glue that keeps our technicians, customers, vendors, and management working harmoniously.
Efficiency is key in this role, and you're a pro at managing our office calendar, keeping records, performing data entry, and handling some bookkeeping tasks. But that's not all - you're also in charge of creating and posting content on our social media accounts. With your upbeat personality and social media know-how, you help spread the word about our brand and engage with our community by responding to inquiries and comments. The best part? REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks (additional training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently
- Must live in Utah
- Must have the ability to use social media apps and programs to help generate and market products
