Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00-6:00 or 12:00-6:00 or 2:00-6:00. This schedule will not change. Applicants who can not work one of these shifts will not be considered. Please note that if you select to work 9:00-6:00 OR 12:00-6:00 then you will be expected to work in classrooms and kitchen until the office shift begins at 2:00.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks in the office
- Coordinate and schedule tours
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Help plan and coordinate company event
-Communicate effectively with parents about incidents and have them sign reports
-Check IDs of people checking children out each day
-Calling parents in event child is injured, sick, or needs to be picked up for any reason
-Signing children in and out
-Assisting in classrooms, kitchen, and with cleaning as needed
-Enter payments online, write receipts, and place money in dropbox
-Ensure staff does all closing chores and everything is properly closed down each day
Office Administrator
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with children and adults
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to soothe angry or upset children
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to staff
- Experience in event planning is a plus
-MUST LOVE CHILDREN! Must have GREAT communication skills.
