HK Group is a full-service commercial real estate firm consisting of the Advisory Division and the Investment & Development Division. Based in Westport, CT, our offices overlook the Saugatuck River.
This is a role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Handling any day-to-day office administrative duties such as answering the phone, scheduling, ordering/coordinating office supplies, booking travel, etc.
- Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking - the ideal candidate will have at least a working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
- Creating marketing materials such as fliers and presentations
- Basic research on geographic markets
Most importantly, candidates must exhibit a positive, energetic, cooperative, detail-oriented attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and problem solve. Because of our size and high level of activity, a successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as quickly as the candidate's performance warrants.
Hours: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Starting pay: $30-35 per hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn additional income from referral fees.
