A wealth management firm is looking for an Office Administrator. The position entails client interaction, incoming and outgoing calls, incoming and outgoing mail, calendar management, vendor/services management, supplies, technology, client file management, and assisting Directors with the pre-filling of paperwork.
Must have the following skills: Computer Savvy (Outlook, Excel, Word); excellent phone skills; highly organized and excellent with details; great writer; ability to multi-task; take-charge personality; loves to work with people; and extremely positive personality.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
