As an Office Administrator, your primary responsibilities will involve creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations through tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, and handling basic data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform basic data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records.
- Manage client portal, including setting up client accounts, uploading and downloading files.
- Occasional trips to post office and other small business errands, as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to support various administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information to clients and staff as required.
- Support the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in office administration or related roles is a plus.
